Paper

Paper was invented in the Han Dynasty around 105 A.D. Cai Lun was the creator. After mixing mulberry bark, rags, wheat stalks and other stuff, a pulp formed. Then they pressed the pulp into a sheet shape and dried the paper. They used paper writing on and its purpose was to write on with brushes writing calligraphy.

Printing Press

The printing Press was invented sometime between the last year of the Qin Dynasty into Mid Han Dynasty. It was made by using two stone tablets and pressing them onto paper.

Its purpose was to transfer engraved calligraphy from the stones into the paper. It use was to make messages on paper without writing them on the paper.
